Ok after I got really tired I decided to try out that DEILD thing...I did some deep breathing (which helps me concentrate) and counted to about 200-250 and fell asleep and when I woke up I kept my eyes close. About 5 minutes later I went back to sleep. Then I had a dream |

I think I did... |

Did you ever stoped during the dream and just said: "Hey, I'm dreaming"? |

DILD: 8 + (1 lucid without control and 3 with lousy recall)
FILD: 1
DEILD: 1
Incubated lucid dreams: 1
To be honest I don't think that it really worked to you. As far as I understood the technique is a kind of shortcut for WILD so that you take your awaken mind into the dream leading to being lucid all the way through. That's how the technique worked for me (and pretty well not to say! |

Sorry to be ignorant, but could you describe the technique in more detail? |

I think you may be misunderstanding the concept of lucid dreaming. |

Ohhh...I was misunderstanding it alittle. I thought that when you had a dream you would already be aware that you're dreaming and realize it's a lucid dream. But now that you say you become aware that you are dreaming from noticing something strange and questioning the reality around you. I must of thought that it wasn't a dream because nothing seemed different from the game and I thought I was accualy playing it. That's probably my problem...when I have a dream nothing seems to be strange because everything else around it is just like it. |

Thank you for explaining, Klace. I'll have to try that. |

I'm going to try your method tomorrow, Klace. Seems a lot of people are having success with it; good work! |
