Well my friend has been working on someything for a while and now he said he has finally found it. Okay this is called the ultimate wild because you will be doing this method all day. Now if you don't know how to wild then look in the tutorials a good one is from billybob. Now the simple thing behind a Wild is counting your breaths and saying I'm dreaming to about 400 and repeating.
Heres the new technique coming in. Now what if you did this all day i.e. breath and count and say I'm dreaming. The idea of this is too be awear of your breathing and count it always and always saying I'm dreaming e.g. when I am typing now I am awear of my breath and couting it saying I'm dreaming. If done correctly their will always be the thought of you dreaming during the day hence this will be the ultimate RC technique. Tibetan Bhuddhist improved lucid dreaming chance by seeing the world as a dream I like to think that having the idea of I'm dreaming will improve chances of lucid dreaming massively. This technique doesn't stop you from thinking and doesn't make stuff harder. If you can repeatly keep this up then maybe you can make it second nature, which would be good.
Their a thing called classical conditioning where you repeat two stimulas over and over again intill both are joined in some way this is my goal.
P.S. When you are going to sleep always do a wild i.e. you should attempt a wild without WBTB. Also I think doing the technique all day will help as it would proberly make it super easy like playing chess twenty four seven will make you a pro. Also if you do try this draw something on your hand to remind you to do this like the letter W.
