What happens if you attempt a WILD at night when you plan to sleep the full 8 or so hours (e.g., not during an afternoon nap or after 6 hours of sleep)? |

I would also like to see more replies on this, I know most people have said its VERY hard to enter a lucid from attempting at night, apparently possible just very hard to do. For the last like 6 months I have attempted this almost everynight I go to bed, mainly because its not like I lose sleep or anything from when I wake up so I will often just try to go as far as I can, which is HI very rarely and sometimes a light numbness and I've had my feet feel like they lifted up a few feet when they had not. I am hoping that because of all these attempts I do almost every night that it will hopefully help me to WILD easier when Im not so lazy and actually try WBTB or naps which I dont do yet but would like to. I have had 1 time where I got HI and felt like I was almost going into a dream but then suddenly woke up, ive never done it before so I dont know how close I actually got, but it felt like I was just about to enter it if I were to guess. |

Hmm, well i find having a cup of tea (or more) before bed helps alot. Tea relaxes me, but keeps my mind focal on whatever I'm doing. Other than that, I'm not sure. Meditating doesn't hurt, probably beneficial. |
