      Another noob question: How are you guy's falling asleep with big huge headphones on your head? I find difficulty sleeping with even "earbuds" on!

      Try wireless headphones, get some high quality comfort headphones and try laying on your back if you don't already. Oh and my friend tried the I doser lucid dream file and he had his first lucid. He is really involved in lucid dreaming now.

      I have to lay on my back but I can't sleep on my back but that's good, because while listening to that mp3 you shouldn't fall asleep.
