I have tried the Lucid Dream dose a couple of times, but it was only the first time my dream recall increased and my dreams were more vivid, but no lucid. The rest of the times I dreamt like I normally would.

But I think it is worth trying because we don't all react to it in the same way. And BTW. I'm using a Icemat headset

To everyone who has tried and failed with Binaural beats you have to remember to 1- Relax 2- Dont wait for or an effect just listen to the sound and let it wash over you. 3- Try lights out or dimmed 4- Binaural beats work on reverse immunity, your brain gets used to them and they become more powerful. I thought the same thing when I first tried them but now they work great.
