      Well yeah all.Iīve never met anyone else who has the ability to genuinely Lucid dream nor have I talked much about it.So itīs novel to be on this forum.

      So how do I enter the Lucid dream state?well first off I donīt do anything.No techniques except one!relax!!Lucid dreaming has for the most part occurred to me between the hours of 4 and 5am.I awake and lie very still.After approx 30mins I feel a change taking place.One of extreme relaxation,,,this is sometimes accompanied by a tingling sensation that is hard to describe,maybe like be bathed in a current of mild electricity.It is then that conditions a right to Lucid dream.

      The change over to this state varies.The dream world forms itself out of my thoughts.Thoughts become solid and real is the easiest way to describe it.After my landscape is formed my dream body usually is formed also.I can then wander and enjoy my creation.
      The thing that never ceases to amaze me is that perspective corresponds perfectly to that experienced in the waking world.

      And those who awaken from their 'waking' dream, from the dream of 'daily life', can we doubt that they see their 'waking' dream personages as we see those of our sleeping dreams, i.e. as unreal, distorted, fantastic, as figments of the imagination? From their words it seems clear that they do, and that so it is.

      Neither dream, and there are other kinds of dream experienced in other states, to which the same applies, is one whit more or less real than the other, for both, all, are mind-manifestations experienced by consciousness in different conditions.

      The only reality in either, in any kind of dream, of mind-manifestation, is Mind Itself.

      So you just lie there with your eyes closed and think about whatever??

      No I donīt think about anything.Itīs very passive.A bit like day dreaming.Itīs hard to describe.But here goes anyway.

      If you shut your eyes in the normal state images come and go without your conscious manipulation right?,the face of an old girlfriend your wife,a familiar landscape,an unfamiliar landscape but they lack solidity so to speak.In this very relaxed state thoughts transform themselves into solid things.The thought of a street becomes a street a thought tree becomes a tree&#33;.3 dimensional&#33;I have no idea whatsoever the mechanics so to speak of this peculiar phenomena other than perhaps things are actually thoughts.There is however a definite change from the vague thought of the object to it actually becoming solid and 3 dimensional.

      In my case a cannot stress enough that there is no effort on my part whatsoever.It just happens.I should also stress that I never try to Lucid dream.If it happens it happens.The novelty has long since worn off.

      Hmm we should reffer to this as the laze technique, and I&#39;m going to try it tonight haha. Actually I think it might work for me since I usually lay back and watch the pictures my mind throws at me when I&#39;m trying to go to sleep anyway.

      At night I like to sleep.You know the dreamless type.My Lucid dreaming has occurred 99% of the time in the early hours between 4 and 5 am.Where you are real relaxed but paradoxically alert at the same time.That is the difference, to be in a state of extreme relaxation but at the same time alert and awake.Most people feel it impossible to reconcile those two states ie alertness and being relaxed both at the same time.It is a state to be desired and achieved.We are heading to the meditative state.

      so basically, you just relax in a comfy position with your eyes closed and just try and make out random things you see, or do you just watch and try not to think about what you see? that seems like an easy way to lose consciousness though.

      do you just watch and try not to think about what you see?

      yes that is closer.Not so much watching ,more of being passive but alert.You see it is very much part of our nature to imagine things.We donīt need any effort strictly speaking.Imagination is our birth right if you like.

      I like the way to explain how you feel as you go through the transition of being awake and being asleep, you&#39;re method is like a passive form of WILDing. You don&#39;t over think and prevent REM or think too little and fall asleep.

      I guess I&#39;ll give your technique a shot since it can&#39;t hurt, but I really envy you, you make it seem so easy [and it probably is for you].

      I can confirm that is pretty much how I enter Lucidity.Actually if you can master relaxation which leads to attentive awareness you have got it cracked.

      On occasions I have literally leapt from one one world to the Lucid world.I kinda of a jump and land in dreamscape&#33;

      Only once has the so called 3rd eye opened which when it happens, actually and literally feels like an eye(hence the name&#33opening .This was another portal to the Lucid landscape.

      The above is a very good tutorial.
      We will talk about the phenomena Kundalini sometime.
