What does FYRO stand for you may ask? Well it stands for "Freeze Your Rear Off" Lucid Dreaming. Yes you heard me correctly, and with this method I was able to get a lucid dream 2 out of 4 nights.

The first step is to find a place that at night time gets extremely cold, -20 or colder at night would be good. For me I went to Crater Lake in January.

Next, you must hike for at least half the day so you are sufficiently exhausted, because you want to be able to overcome the extreme discomfort of sleeping.

Third, get into your tiny tent, with your dad, and make sure that he cramps you and occasionally rolls over you at night.

Finally, sleep for about 12 hours till six in the morning, and you'll be woken up so many times in the night, having a lucid dream is practically inescapable.

Heh heh, I doubt anyone will actually try this method, but just in case anyone ever decides to go snowcamping...
