Thread: About A Vilds

I was just curious if it was possible to do a VILD without having to do a WBTB? Asking this because I am a heavy heavy sleeper, and I dont have an alarm clock Even if one of my parents were to try to wake me up I would either not realize and keep sleeping or just wake up for a few minutes that pass out because I would feel so tired.

Also, is it possible to do a WBTB when you just sleep your normal time instead of waking up at an earlier time..then just think about your objective and then go back to sleep?

yes its possible. I did one without wbtb.
