Hey, thanks a lot for even looking at this post. I have a major problem with RT's. Every day I feel like I don't have enough time to do them even though I do. When I do do them, I don't feel like I mean it enough. Part of the problem is the fact that I don't know where to start. I used to be able to do an RT practically every five minutes, and I not sure what I'm doing wrong. This is a major problem since the amount of LD's I have is almost directly proportional to the amount of RT' I do.
