      LucidRemix Questions

Hey, could anyone here give me some pointers as to how the LucidRemix MP3 should be used? I went to sleep at 11, woke up at 4 and switched it on. I lay there trying to fall asleep for about 10-15 minutes... is this how it should be used?

I couldn't get to sleep (maybe I didn't give it long enough?), so I just turned it off again. However, after 10 minutes or so I was feeling completely numb.. It was just his voice that was keeping me awake!

Yes, that's the way to use it.
You're supposed to fall asleep though. It's a bit harder, because of the voice, and because you're excited to have a lucid-dream.

I just found that you can set an alarm on the iPod.. could I set it to start playing while I'm asleep - do you think this would wake me up?

It depends on you. It would work, it's just a question about right timing and volume settings. I'd say, set the alarm to start after 6 hours of sleep.
