Quick question about the transition process. So in the beginning I go to bed normally, like I would any other night. I have an alarm that I set for 5 hours later. At that point I deeply relax my body and go to bed while I constantly think "this is a dream" or "I'm going to have a lucid dream." Now, do I let myself fall asleep and hope that my sub-conscience will pick up on the fact that it's a dream/my RC's, or do I kind of...zone out and try to slip into a dream? It's hard to explain what I'm trying to ask, haha sorry. Will it just seem like I'm instantly in some place, anywhere, but it will not feel like it's random, unreal, or unnatural what-so-ever?
