I got a book called The Everything Dreams Book, and it had an exercise for lucid dreaming it is the folowing : you have to take a couple of "targets" daily. a targes is like a kind of sign. every day you have to notice the target as amny times as possible. every time you notice it, you do an RC. at the end of the day, you write down how many "hits" there were and after about a week, it should improve. |

its is not MILD because it helps you to remember to do RCs, and MILD gives LDs. |

That sounds pretty good, but surely that would mean you would need to be seeing red cars in your dream to trigger the RC. It's kind of like finding your dream signs and RC'ing to them in real life, if possible. A great idea! |
