      Strange WILD sensation

This is my first post, so sorry

I tried to do a wild last night, and it started to work, my body felt numb and there was streaks of color. Then suddenly I felt like I had been hit by a truck, I sat up, my heart was beating very hard. It was hard to go back to sleep, I didn't try to wild again, that feeling was really scary. Has anyone else had this/know what it is?

      Thanks!

I don't know what happened at the top, I meant to say sorry if that's been asked before...

Weird experiences just happen when you're going from waking to dreaming without losing conciousness. Vivid, illusory sensations are normal for WILDing, and they are often different for each person and even for different attempts at WILDing. Your experience was probably a bit more extreme than most, but not entirely out of the usual. In any case, it's almost certainly harmless, and may never happen again.

OK, thanks! I'll try not to be so startled next time.
