Question on Meditation
I used a meditation .wav from this site and by the end I was so relaxed I could have sworn I was looking through my eyelids. I was in the car and I could feel my eyes were closed, but I could literally see a road through my eyelids. What does this mean? Am I just good at visualization or was I nearly lucid?
I want to get good at this...

It happens to me too sometimes when I lay down for a nap. Probably some sort of HI (hypnagogic imagery).

Sounds like you were getting intense HI (hypotic immagrery) however the heck you spell that.
You were probabily very close to a WILD.
Thats about as far as i have gotten, accept i was on a boat, and i could feel myself rocking in bed.
