Is this a good summary for myself?

"Always ask yourself if you're dreaming. Eat the reccommded stuff if you're hungry before bed, WILD's are **** before you go to bed as you can't do it because your not tired at all, morning is a good place to have fun with..... no, try every night because it helps you practise. Revise the tuturials specially the RC's and do it until you do it in a dream but make sure you never fall off chairs like last time at Palatine remember? Also sleep with your light off, you're 16 now! Not 3"

How about that to tell myself. Would it work and is that all the info I need? Because practising is something I quite need to do (And I know my English was absolute ********). So is that what I need? Sorry if I'm repeating myself...

Thanks. The quotes in your sig work for LD's don't they! Lol are they quotes from Donny Darko? Great film, shame I'v never seen it fully. Anyway back on topic, I'l try and relax more aswell, this fast paced music is probably gonna kill the sleeping world of Jonny (me)!
