      When's the best time to...

WILD? Don't suppose it's a good time for after school is it? Because I have read in some places that it's the most important thing to sleep for five hours before, so in general I am guessing Saterday and Sunday are good days because I have no school and I don't have to fear the fact that I will get woken up, I always lie in (dyspraxia). Anyway, so yeah, is it a pain in the *** trying to WILD when I get home from school? You know when you image yourself doing back blips and you eyes start flickers, someone told me that it was REM, sorry to the person who told me as I can't remember their name

Also, I'm not exited in any way but in bed at night (trying to WILD obviusly) when I get up to the part where I [think] I can't feel my body anymore and I start doing back flips I get this really weird feeling, it feels like exitment but I know it can't be, or do I... And then I get this sound, not the ones I'm meant to hear, my floor creeking and my door creeking. It always gets worse when I try and relax and get out of "There's something in my room" mode. It's just I'v got this stupid paranoid thought about the paranormal that stops me from going to sleep! So yeah, I'm really crap at this, I'm sorry XD

You can do it on any day as long as you're willing to get up really early in the morning and be a little tired. You can also try it if you wake up earlier than usual on a random day. However, WILD is one of the hardest techniques. I suggest using RC's and WBTB to initiate a DILD on your first few tries.

that's the problem. It's best to go to bed early so that you wake up more like 3:00 a.m. instead of 5:00a.m. with no time to actualy do it before the day starts.
