I havn't tried this yet but I'm going to tonight. I'm calling this the RR technique. It stands for Ring Reminder. I'm going to get a piece of paper and write something to remind me to become lucid, or do once I'm lucid, like, "Become Lucid". I'm going to tie it onto my finger like a ring and look at it a lot while I'm trying to get to sleep. I'm hoping that it will go into my memory so when I'm in my dream I will read it and become lucid or do the idea it said.

I have been able to get kind of lucid but I always forget what I really want to try in the dream. I am hoping this will remind me. Tell me what you think of this technique or if you have tried it and it works.
