Hii people, I just tried to WILD last night, and it almost worked!! But when I started seeing the colors, I realized I was forcing my eyes shut slightly and when I relaxed them, the colors left. Is anyone else having this kind of trouble?? And when I felt the sinking feeling, (and all of this on my first try!) I woke up, but not intentionally. When I feel the sinking feeling, do I still remain concsious of it, or just fall asleep with it? Does anyone know what I mean?? |

You might benefit from doing a quick search for Clairity's WILD technique threads. |

I attempted the WILD after about 4 hours of sleep. It's not that I felt numb, but I'm thinking that my body just skipped being numb to feeling the sinking sensation along my body. It felt wierd, but in a good way. I think that I became too aware of the sinking and it went away because I got too excited. I was completely still, in a comfortable position. Thanks for the advice! |

I woke up and got out of bed for about 20 minutes. Now that I'm thinking more about it, about 5 seconds before the sinking feeling, I felt somewhat "heavy", and that might have been sleep paralysis. I wonder if I could've moved if I tried. I lay still for about 20 minutes; I probably should've waited longer. I'll keep in mind to wait for sleep paralysis before just going to sleep. |
