      Question *~WILD help~*

I've heard different methods/ideas on what WILDing is. Some people say to stay awake for 15-20 minutes after 3-6 hours of sleep, but I've heard others, like the WBTB, but my question about that is: doesn't staying awake for 3-4 hours keep you up and therefore not allow you to have a lucid dream because you can't go back to bed? Does anyone know what I mean?

It's the wake-back-to-bed technique. You wake up during your REM sleep and supposedly you have a much higher chance of having lucid dreams. Like Triple said, any questions, just PM me
