      Being an expert

      Hi,

Im new to this forum and I've seen there's plenty of techniques like waking up in teh middle of the night, etc.

I guess it's fine to gain experience by using those, but is it possible to reach a certain level in which you don't need to do any technique and just induce a lucid dream?

Because I dont want to wake up 3 times everynight during the rest of my life to have a lucid dream/ day

Well you see you don't have to wake up during the night and fall back asleep to have a lucid dream there are in fact quite a multitude of techniques in order to have a lucid dream. You could just fall asleep and then have a lucid dream it's as simple as that. I suppose that most people are at a level where they don't need to do a technique to induce a lucid dream. All you have to do is be aware that you are dreaming and therefore that most often or not onsets a lucid dream.
