I dont know what your so angry about, theyre right. Go to forum index (or at the bottom of this page theres a thing called 'jump to') click on the bit that says 'Tutorials' then click on Lucid dreaming quick start or something like that, everything will be explained there.

What do you want me to do, copy all the stuff over for you? Please, develop some initiative, you will benefit from it in life.
