      I need DILDing techniques to become lucid (please help)

      Whenever I become lucid it isn't from doing RCs, it isn't from using logic to realize it, etc.... I become lucid out of nowhere and just "know" I am dreaming, maybe from seeing a hot girl and wanting to go talk to her, and I dont feel hesitant to because then I realize "Wait...It's okay, I'm dreaming!" That is just one example, though. And the thing is, there is nothing to prove that I am dreaming, i just realize it for some reason. But that is just when I DO get lucid, which is rare. On almost any other occasion in a dream i accept everything and never do RCs or even acknowledge the fact that i even could be dreaming. I just need some tips for becoming lucid when i am already in a dream, so basicly DILDing tips. thanks

      Oh and p.s., in my sig it says only 1 LD, that is since i have been training. i have had other un-intentional LDs before and they all start the same way, mostly by seeing a girl or something.

      1.do lots of RCs throughout the day for no reason at all.
      2.check for your dream signs and rc when you see them.
      3.Use MILD before bed,
      4.do a wbtb and right before you go back to sleep,try MILD technique.
      5. keep a dream journal

      doing these should greatly increase the chance that you get a lucid dream. (they did for me)

      I do keep a dream journal and try to remember to do RCs as often as possible. My problem is my dreamsigns are not accessible in my waking life, so i can never do a rc when i see it/them. Example, my old school. I am now on vacation till august and will never see that school for a long time but it is a dream sign.

      i still don't see any school at all, since im away from my usual home and there aren't schools near by where i am. it's alright though, i'll just try to do reality checks during the day and hopefully it will just carry into my dream

      just try imagining your school and doing a reality check in your imagination then in real life. i read a thread about this its supposed to work just as well as dreamsigns you can see
