Can anyone attest that they attain more vivid (and maybe lucid) dreams when they exert themselves more during the day (especially mentally). I think that the more general effort that I put forth during the day and the resultant mental tension created gives me more vivid dreams than when I'm lethargic during the day. Would others agree? |

"There are two types of people in this world, people who think there are two types of people, and people who don't."
I don't know about just being tired.. I think the key part is the mental tension that comes from applying effort. If I don't put forth enough effort, my day becomes less ordered and therefore less conscious. |

I notice that when I am physically or mentally exhausted and go bed that I seem to have dreams come about easier and Lucidity is easier to achieve if that is what you are asking. |

Life is your Right
Dont give up the Fight
Hmm I'm not sure. Maybe that is true. I also feel when I am exhausted I have more vivid dreams. Also, if you aren't stressed that helps too. |

DREAM ON
When i've had a bit of a groggy day and a bit knackered i will generally remember less but when more aware during the day i find that this active awareness will oftenly show up in my dreams thus me remembering more. |
