      Sleep Deprevation / School

      I really want to have lucid dreams!
      I had one accidentally when i was younger and always thought about them, but only yesterday i found this site and realised i could have it again.
      But the problem is that when people talk about it in the forum, they say that after 30ish mins or so, some people say that after 45 mins or so they start to get tingly. But if i was at it for that long id give up, as id have to work/school the next day. When you have lucid dreams, do you still have the benefits of sleeping, you know, like not being sleepy during the day.

      you're probably reading about WILD, and yes it can take long. Go to bed earlier or do it on weekends when you're able to sleep in
