      !!!

I had another!!! I was taking a nap early on in the day (about 3 hours after fully waking up) and I had a DILD. I thought I was in my bed but then when I tried to look at my hands for the RC, my hands where in front of me (i could feel them...) but I couldn't see them! When I realized I was dreamin', I tried hella hard ta get out the bed but it was a struggle! I tried to spin out of my room but it didn't work. Then I tried to climb through the mirror in my room. I was really strugglin', and every time I lost concentration, I was back in my bed and had to try again. I didn't make it out of my room, but it was still another one for the books! I should mention that it wasn't very vivid... maybe that's why I couldn't focus hard enough to get out...

Seems like a lot of people have been experiencing this lately. Sounds like you weren't completely ready to dream yet Per Se. Seems like you had a lot of false awakenings as well that resulted from you losing concentration. Dream Clarity also has to do with the quality of the dream as well so you are right that may be the reason you couldn't move well.

Thanx for the advice... Definately need to work on dream clarity. I should mention though that I did try to take a few seconds to colect myself. Guess I didn't take enough time out...

Yeah you should just chill for a moment when you are lucid or enter a dream and not move and just look around maybe focus on a object for a while to increase vividness. Once you think your dream is stable then you should head out.

Thanx a lot LS, hope there are way more to come! Real good advice Brandon, I never thought to focus on an object, I usually just try to calm down. I'll try that for sure next time. Thanx a lot!
