      eyes & WILD

this is just another quick question...

when attempting a WILD...i sometimes find myself moving my eyes to look around the blackness under my eyelids.

I also sometimes do this when I see some slight HI. ill be like "oh..somethings happening over there"...and i look and it fades...

is it critical that i keep my eyes still when trying to WILD? I have tried before and I find it hard not to move them (something to do with REM?) or I cant find a comfortable position to fix on...

has anyone else dealt with this problem, or got a tip?

      Quality LD's: 16

Yes I would say that it is critical to keep your eyes still when trying to WILD. Yes I have also had the problem sometimes although my problem is that it feels like I am going cross eyed which bugs me, but after a while they will settle on a spot and I will be able to do the WILD successfuly.

Is it advisable to look at your eyelids, 'through' your eyelids, or to try not to look at anything?

I also have this problem and Brandon's answer may be the key to why I've been failing most of my WILDs. Thanks.
