I can honestly say that this method is 100% perfect. It ALWAYS works. All you have to do is close your eyes and you can slip into a dream so easily it's not even fit. As amazing as this is, because you're not getting enough sleep, it is kinda bad. I would advise probably doing this technique maybe...once or twice a month? Although this works all the time, it does have side effects.

What are the side effects I do this every week? Every two or three days I should say and have experienced no side effects.

Doing this every week? Well, I suppose nothing afterwards, as you'll get a ton of sleep. But during, I wouldn't want to drive or operate machinerey. It'll be kinda trippy, little bit of a drug state. Again, angriness.

I did it for a week. Hectic. But 7 LD's in a 15 hour period.

You'll fall asleep very quickly while chanting the mantra, and the dreams will be vivid

Sounds like a great thing to try out, not to mention it will give me time to work on some Flash animations I've been putting off. Unfortunately, I just got a job working at Domino's. If I get any free time, I'll try it out.

last month i missed a nights sleep and when i finally did manage to get to bed i was so tired i entered sp after about 5 minutes. at the time i didn't know what it was so i roused myself out of it and got up and then went back to sleep. so this technique definitely works

That which the dream shows is the shadow of such wisdom as exists in man, even if during his waking state he may know nothing about it... We do not know it because we are fooling away our time with outward and perishing things, and are asleep in regard to that which is real within ourselves. Philipus Aureolus Paracelsus
