""you will experience REM attacks, and there will be hallucinatory events. It would be good to have someone in attendance to keep you safe ""

"" Personally speaking, after years of working nights I can recall occasions when I saw lights, and/or heard voices when there were none, after 36 hours of sleeplessness ""

1- The hallucinations only occur after a long while without sleep, somewhere along 100 hours. Before then, just keep busy and use caffeine.

2- It is nearly perfect, the only bad things are the staying up and the time it takes away from your day. However, it's not like you're not sleeping for a long time, it really zooms by if you set goals for yourself.

3- Erhm... You're staying up for 48 hours either way- Your REM period would be over and it would start stacking after you stay up longer then you normally do.
