Thread: Method that unlocks Vivid LD with oobe

Help with a program :

1. From 4 am to 5 : 17 am keep listening to a preset called Astral Producer via BrainWave generator
2. At 5 : 17 am Take a shower 5-10 minutes
3. Once you finish with your shower go back to your bed and lie down
4. Tell your self that "I will remember everything I'm about to experience"
repeat that sentence 5-10 times
5. Enjoy your Lucid Dream

Attaining Astral Projection while in Lucid Dream state:
1. Once you are in a LD , open up your hands
2. Grab one of your fingers
3. And try to separate it from your body
4. This will allow you to astral project instantly
5. Always use commands like Clarity Now etc...

Interesting. Why must you take a shower? Iti si quite a odd setup you have here to lay in bed for about 1 1/2 hours take a shower repeat a montra and then obtain a lucid dream? Very interesting.

By taking a shower you are awaking your concious to the full potential. I prefer a bit colder water so you awake to the max..

Oh I see so the shower assists in making you more aware and awake i get it know thanks for clearing tha tup.

Where can I find this astral projection thing on BWGen
I have it somewhere but am not sure how to use it

imran, I think you need to purchase the full version of BWGen to use custom presets, like the one born_2_kill is speaking of. I know that BWGen doesn't come specifically with an astral projection preset.

OMG cant believe u came up with this idea. Totally be willing to try it..great idea

How do you do that, you just pull it?
I get the feeling that for me it will either get torn off, or get stretched like rubber...

Before i pull out my finger i scream out with a Strong Will
"I will Astral project now!" and than i pull my finger... the next thing you know is that you are floating near your body or you are already in a plane far away from you body. Once you separate .. dont think about you body or else you will be braught back enjoy ur time In the Astral Plane

OK, I'll give it a shot, but I can't use BW generators because my hearing is busted.

Use your Will.power..... and you will succeed without bwgen

What is the point of astral projection? Im ignorant in the realms beyond Lucid dreaming. What can you do? And why would i want to walk the pathway to death?

Alright I tried your Astral Projection and this is what happened.

I tried to seperate my finger from my body and this like virtual projection of myself was being removed from my body and I kept pulling and pulling but if I let go it would snap back and it was kind of slippery and hard to keep a hold on is this normal? I've never attempted an Astral Projection so I don't know much about these things.

It is certainly normal.. and you have almost succeeded in that but...
Something has hold you back , Probably your Doubts or feelings.
Remmember when you pull the finger be 100% sure of success. If you have doubts than you mind will use it against you.
once you pull the finger Scream out "Astral project!" or "Im leaving my body!"
this will force your brain "Subconscious" to let you go out.

Once your in the Astral realm dont be scared to meet unknown entities.
And clear your mind totally because it is your though's that control the surroundings.

just like a Cold shower: Leaving a window open or turning up the airconditioner a bit to allow some cold air into your bedroom also does miracles to awaken the Mind.

What is astral projection? It sounds like you're just dismembering your finger in your LD.

Download the program Brain Wave Generator and use that preset for the settings.

Last night when I became lucid I tried this (didnt use the shower etc beforehand), unfortunately I wasn't very lucid though, but I said loudly 'Im going to have an out of body experience!' and pulled my finger off my hand, I then found myself shifted to my bedroom watching myself sleep.

It was not all that vivid, I had to look at the detail on my hand to increase it a bit. This didnt last for long before I woke up. I think doing that only brought me to my room because I had read earlier that thats what it would probably do - Like b2k said I think it really does depend on what consequence your mind attaches to an event such as pulling your finger. Thinking about that being the only way into the astral plain for a while could help.

Can someone have this preset saved to an MP3 or WAV file, that is set to last 1 hour and 17 minutes?

I am not sure I believe in "astral projection", but I have OBEs from time to time when I am lucky. I will try this finger technique. Usually what I do in my lucid dream is find my body where I am sleeping; usually this makes me aware of my sleep paraysis enough to will myself to "project". At this point I am sucked through a "black hole" with a rushing sound in my ears. I end up standing over my bed and body. Usually however, it is not perfect and I still see inaccuracies about where I am or how my room is.

Nonetheless, these OBEs are the most vivid and life changing LDs I have ever had.

Double: Never mind, I got it. Should this be listened too while asleep or awake? Does it matter if your doing something (ie. computer) or should you be lying down or something?

i dont understand.. do you listen to this while you are sleeping? awake?

I used to believe in astral projection before I found out about lucid dreaming. It's obviously just a lucid dream where you think you are astral projecting. Have you ever tried to prove it at all?
