Well, my last WILD experience started with falling. Feels kinda good,, especially if you know that's WILD. |

I've been trying to WILD for a couple of weeks now... lately I feel I've been getting close to finnally going into a dream. |

All I have to do basically is try to stay detached from the feeling in my body t'ill suddenly the dream will click on? Do the "waves" get faster and/or more intence as you get closer to the dream world? |
|
I know what you mean with the eyelids and rollercoaster feeling! However, I havent ever experienced not being able to move my body. |

Usually, all of the sensations, rollercoaster and vibrations, occur while I am transitioning into sleep paralysis. |

What are you generally thinking of as you transition into the the dream?[/quote] |
|
Seems kind of weird, but I am kind of coaching myself along. It usually goes something like this: |

you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

so what you do is after the vibrations die down, you open your "eyes"(not your real one's ofcourse)? Do you see the blackness of the back of your eyes before you open them and could it be that I reached that state exept I kept my eyes closed? |
|
On one occasion, I was watching the HI as I was entering. It took the form of a butterfly and I was watching it flutter it's wings. This stayed active the entire time and I just looked up from the butterfly into my lucid world. |

When you open your "eyes", generally, are you standing in your LD or do you have to move yourself from the position that you were WILDing in. |
|
Never really thought about that... Standing. |

on my most recent attempt at a WILD i managed to keep up the concentration for a while... The thing is, i just saw HI and heard a few sounds for a long time, but i never saw anything even remotely solid in the HI |
