Hello ive been just recently getting back into lucid dreaming and its working pretty good. For the past two nights ive gotten very intense SP in about 30 minutes. During this time i have no solid imagery my mind is going 100 miles per minute and im just involuntarily thinking about random things or moments throughout the day. last night i got even further in sp but i got this burning pain on the back of my head and i thought if i could just attain lucidity then it wouldnt matter but the pain got to the point where i had to stop it. so i broke out of sp which felt really weird and moved my headband which bunched up and hurt allot. so thats that. ive read a couple guides but i just want to be specifically steered in the right direction. thanks again for anyones help |

I don't experience HI but i experience everything else during SP, and as a result i have no idea how to get into a wilded LD. |

all i can say about SP is that it's so darn vivid, i see scary shit all the time in that state. I know how to get in it but don't want to see those disturning images i see and for the fact that they look so real damn. i've seen scary ppl too while SP by my bed ughuhg. Anyone experience these things in SP.? |

Ahh, thats what everyone seems to be saying. But from all the accounts i've heard you need to "slip" into the dream, or grab hold of something in the dream and pull yourself in. If there's no images to latch onto, how are you supposed to get in? |
