Question Help me with WILD if you please?

Whats up everyone? I am having some trouble with the WILD technique, but then arn't most people? I get to the point where I'm in the transition phase but after a while of images and vibrations I just wake up. I Just suddenly stop and I'm back to where I've started. I know I'm not waking up with closed dream eyes and this is getting Really annoying.
Dreaming is like pie...It gets addictive.

i would always have the hardest time with this. It got so frustrating to wait all that time and end up having to start over. Then i discovered this. so here is was i do.

i ignore everything that goes on till i hit the vibrations. when they come i focus on dream movement. It sounds hard, since techniquely you are still in the transition phase, but its actually quite as easy as imagining yourself moving. You keep imaginging that movment during the vibrations and it will begin to feel as if you really are doing that movement. for some reason dream movement helps you stay rooted and you wont get pushed out. My usual movment is imagining myself roll out of my bed onto the floor and as far from my bed as possilbe.

i dont know if this will work for you. I dont even know why this works for me! but for whatever reason, ive had 100% success in getting through the vibrations when i do this. Where as before i would only have a 40-50% chance.

hope i explained it well enough! good luck

There seems to be an excitment factor when you reach the threshold; it is like a jolt that wakes you up when the imagery becomes real. Once I literally jolted myself right out of sleep paralysis because of the shocking realism of a lightning bolt that went off right in front of me. Usually just the reality of the situation, no matter how mundane, can be enough.

The easiest way to WILD is when you wake up in the night. Roll over, make a note to not lose consciousness, and go for it. If you do it quick enough you will be so tired that the transition is nearly instant and you will not have to wait through five minutes of HI. Many people recommend not moving at all, but you really should as if you are sore whatever LD you have will not last long before you wake up to roll over again.

Also, the "vibration" method mentioned above is a great one, but requires discipline enough to control your excitement. It may take practice, but such is well worth the effort in the long run. Vibrations can be achieved instantly by focusing on absolutely nothing. Just see blackness in front of you and chant the word "nothing" over and over in the back of your mind; of course not thinking of anything. This forces vibrations quickly, after which you should switch to imagery immediately and roll or float out.
