Well there is no harm in trying other methods. I would suggest WILD or FILD. If you can remember to do this upon waking up from a dream, you could try DEILD. However your problem seems to be that you can't keep calm after realizing your dreaming. When you become lucid, don't panic. Truly try not to even think for a second to let yourself calm down. If you worry about losing the dream, you probably will. Just relax and KNOW that you WILL NOT wake up. That should help. Post with any more questions or PM me. |
