Can I achieve SP during a nap? (No WILD, just SP)

What I mean exactly is let's say I wanted to nap right now, how long would it take for me to get into SP? (I'm really tired)

I'm not talking about entering REM. (I know that takes 90 minutes) I just mean SP. I wanna see if I can experience it during a nap so I can finally see what it's like, and be prepared for it tonight.

I have another question, let's say I've done WBTB and I'm in SP, after it's done (or happening) and I can't move, what do I do next to enter a LD? Some guides say to roll.....but how can you roll if you're in SP? do they mean imagine rolling, like visualizing it?

If you're not talking about entering lucids then disregard the below:

There's allot of people on the fence about this but unless you like going numb, "Sleep Paralysis" is not required for Lucids. I dont think you should or need to (if possible) initiate. Usually SP = Deeper Sleep, DeepSleep = less control. Concentrate on the HI's and work on WILDS you'll achieve it allot quicker.

Actually, during naps and such, it take significantly less time for you to hit the REM cycles. That's why many people choose to WILD during naps, it's faster, and some say easier.
      Yeah.

But I don't nap for that long.....when I nap I wake up like an hour later. That's not enough time for a WILD I assume?

why anyone would wish the old hag on themselves is beyond me. I hate it, no control and a "petrified" feeling bleahhh.

True, but for me there's never been good experience with SP so I dont want it. I sure as hell dont need it for lucids (thank god)
