Very interresting. I know that Self-hypnosis is a powerfull tool that simply opens up the door and removes the barricades on the way to lucid dreams. |

It was only very brief but seriously lucid. I was just in a bathroom - thought I heard the bath running and then saw a cardboard box in the bath, so went to turn off the tap. The box had disappeared when I got there. The weird thing was the air was full of what looked like patches of static steam, and separate to the steam there were patches of static specks of dust (large and small) suspended in mid-air, and my body was so heavy I had to will myself towards the tap with my feet just trailing on the ground. The lucidity got stronger and stronger and then when I got excited about it I woke up quicker than I can ever remember |
