Thread: Critical State Testing

This sounds like a really good technique. I hear that its the best and fastest with the most results.

What you do is stop and ask yourself "Am I dreaming right now?" 20-30 times a day . You need to build up the habit while you are awake so that you eventually ask your self this while dreaming.

Make sure you stop and become intently aware of your surroundings. Look carefully for oddities or inconsistencies. Think back to events of the last several minutes. Do you have any trouble remembering what just happened?

Does anyone else use this method? If so what are the results that you get by doing this?

umm dude, sorry to shatter your ego but thats the technique wea are all first tought. it is real important though

dont get me wrong, I know its the first technique everyones uses but after all the other techniques iv tried Iv come to the conlusion that this is the best

yup he got a point. this tech is very important because it also has to do with awareness at the same time.:p
