This sounds like a really good technique. I hear that its the best and fastest with the most results.
What you do is stop and ask yourself "Am I dreaming right now?" 20-30 times a day . You need to build up the habit while you are awake so that you eventually ask your self this while dreaming.
Make sure you stop and become intently aware of your surroundings. Look carefully for oddities or inconsistencies. Think back to events of the last several minutes. Do you have any trouble remembering what just happened?
