For anyone who interested - Free Lucid Dream Activation Software

The principle is similar to the lucid dreaming goggles that flash when you hit your REM state (+audio stimulation), so as in your dream you become aware of the flashing , say seeing car headlamps flash and then you become lucid - just point your screen in the direction of your bed though of course it cant detect your rem state so that bits up to you to find your best time of night
      Hi, everyone

Not been here for a while but I was just going through my old software list revamping some of my old stock,

I released this program on a few Lucid Dreaming forums a few years ago for users to try, but never released it properly as it is rather a unique thing

The Idea is you set it to come on during your best time (mine is around 5.00am) either on a laptop or PC in the hope it will help induce a lucid dream

please Note this is still a Beta Program, as i managed to get lucid without the aid of it eventually so never got round to finishing it

Please bear in mind it does have flashing lights(screen), I take no reasonability for any effects good or bad

      Download Petsyb Lucid Dream Activator

Anyways please try it by all means, just let me know what you think by adding to this post

Please do not host this software on any other location

For some infromation on it's use and it's purpose look down 2 posts

      Yes,
I know it may look a little complicated sorry never got round to writing the instructions or making it any easier to understand

There is four modules to it, all with different purposes

      1)settings
from here you set the times you want it to activate either a audio sound or flashing screen and for how long and at what volume the idea is that hearing this sound in your dream makes you aware you are dreaming but not to much to wake you up, up to 9 of these can be set

Look how the example in the picture is set

Also under the drop down menu of sound there is the option to add the 6hz mp3 this is a sound that supposedly helps activate lucid status , when this is set the screen will also flicker at a rate that should induce lucid dreaming

so for example you could have sound getting gradually louder every 10 minutes or in the hope at some point you would become aware of them but not to much that it wakes you ,personally I found the best time for this is just as I hit my REM state around 5.00am

2)quick fire set a time audio sound from the drop down list and a time for it to count down from and it will activate , just in case you wake up in the middle of the night and need it to fire of in 10 minutes

3)6hz binaural beat (just sit and stair at it though not if you are effected by flashing lights )as it says," The Human brain naturally vibrates all the time. Different frequencies of resonation correspond to different states of consciousness, and vary between 1 and 30 Hz. These different mind states can be artificially reached by a process called entraining. Entraining in the human brain is done by listening to sounds with beats at a given frequency caused by slightly different frequencies being merged. Listening to these sounds through stereo headphones makes the brain vibrate at the same speed as the beats, encouraging different states of brain activity. Use stereo speakers set apart with yourself in the middle. Flashing screen at theta frequency, Theta happens as you transition into sleep to what is called stage 1 and 2. Saw tooth waves, which are indicative of the REM state (where most of the vivid dreaming takes place), are also in this range. Theta rhythms are often associated with twilight states such as that between sleep and wakefulness. Theta is much more complicated than this simple explanation, as it has also been shown to be important in memory consolidation"

4)Record your own sound to be played back and amend the sounds already set, each sound as a set flashing screen rate to it that can be amended here all apart form the 6hz s0 you could record yourself saying , "hey you are dreaming" !

If anyone has the time and understands how to use it well, feel free to write a more detailed help document for it

      Hope this helps

Hm, I tried downloading and running this program, but the audio file doesn't seem to stop once it turns on, no matter what I set the Duration to. Otherwise, it seems like a neat idea.

the whole audio file will be played for example the 6hz beat is 60 seconds long where as some of the wav files are a few seconds if they finish before the set runtime is over they will repeat

for example if you set the run time to 5 seconds and the mp3 or wav is 2 minutes it will still run for 2 minutes

If you set the runtime to 60 seconds and the mp3 or wav is only 5 seconds long it will repeat until 60 seconds has passed

      Hope this helps

just realised I have a newer version of this somewhere that does not click between the 6hz intervals just a continuous sound , I will try and find it out and add it to here as soon as i can , check back in a couple of days
