      This is a very easy way.

      Swallow. That's all.

      When the saliva gets to the back of your tongue, and you're ready to swallow it, try breathing through your nose. You shouldn't be able to.

      Nice, i like this because its alot more precise than the standard nose RC, this could be very useful in a lucid dream, just a shame i don't have that many. Very good though
