Don't give up after just one night! MILD is a technique that takes a while to master, you have to start slowly and then things pick up on their own. First you must make your body wake itself naturally after every dream, only after that should you try to become lucid with these WBTBs. Most importantly with the MILD, make sure your last thought before falling asleep is about lucid dreaming, that's the tricky part... Good luck |
