      If MILD isn't working...

Does that mean that I should try and improve on my prospective memory?

Last night I tried MILD, and I was feeling really confident...I really felt as if my intention was set, but it didn't work.

I know many of you are going to say.."Well try another method, maybe MILD isn't for you". Well I have tried other methods, LOTS of them.....and I doubt Stephen Laberge would come up with a method that only works for certain people....I don't know...I'm just saying...well if anyone can answer my question that would be great, and tell me certain activities that can improve myprospective memory.

Don't give up after just one night! MILD is a technique that takes a while to master, you have to start slowly and then things pick up on their own. First you must make your body wake itself naturally after every dream, only after that should you try to become lucid with these WBTBs. Most importantly with the MILD, make sure your last thought before falling asleep is about lucid dreaming, that's the tricky part... Good luck !

Keep on trying, It takes time to succeed. And do try other methods again. For example I had luck when trying to WILD: Even thought I failed the WILD and fell asleep, in the dream I had a DILD, or sometimes inside the dream I tried to WILD again ( Not knowing yet that I'm dreaming), and then I was successful, so by failed WILD attempts acted as a sort of MILD. Keep trying different techniques, and different variations, in the end you will succeed.
