      Sleep deprivation

      I've missed one night's sleep completely and now I'm going to wait untill I'm awake for at least 24h and probably even more. I think doing this increases dream vividness so I'm gonna go for it now that I've been awake successfully through the whole night.
      Right now I've been awake for about 16 hours. I'll report back after I finally sleep.

      Sorry for any spelling mistakes, but my head is kinda messy...

      me and my friend stayed up for 67 hours for lucid dreaming, but smoked too much weed so it didnt work properly

      I've found that exhaustion works well too. I've just come back from a 3 day Reggae festival and I was totally drained of energy. Stayed up rather late watching TV and went to sleep. Amazing dreams.
