I am very frustrated because its very hard for me to lucid dream i realize i am beginning and that it is hard at first but i loose my motivation very easily! I was wondering if me being a very deep sleeper has anything to do with my problem. I have decent dream recall and have been keeping a dream journal for about a month now, the only lucid dream i have had was when i was drifting back to sleep and was thinking about it as i went to sleep and the second i began to dream i knew i was dreaming, i became over excited and lost control and in my dream i fell over and was holding on to a counter for support when i awoke i had physically jumped out of bed! |

No I have not tried WBTB yet but my first lucid dream was induced by DEILD which i found out had an official name after i posted this and did not know that it was a technique. I am going to try this again hoping that it will work once again! I go to sleep every night expecting to LD, but i am disappointed every morning. |
