I found this on Google.. Anyways I am having trouble with figuring out HOW to lucid dream. My dreams are very complex... very real feeling. Its very difficult for me to figure out I'm dreaming.. I've tried various techs in the past without success. I remember my dreams very well, I've been remembering very well for about ten years or so...But yes this one aspect of dreaming I do have trouble on. So any help would be appreciated..

Sounds like you have a good base for starting from though, dream recall is important and having real dreams also, since they are more alive to you, you are more aware, although currently you are not aware its a dream, you just have to flick that switch I have a technique in my signature if you want to read that, or check out the 'Attaining Lucidity' forum or 'Tutorials', there are tonns of useful threads to help you get started
