      Relaxing for a WILD

I just want to throw a couple tricks out there for you folks.

Something my mom showed me a long time ago for relieving anxiety attacks during the night seems to work really well. Every one has a smell that reminds them of their childhood. My mom will keep baby powder next to her bed, and I keep a little container of Carmex to smell, and sure enough it really relaxes me. I no longer have anxiety attacks, but the trick does still work very well.

Also, when I WBTB, I'll always make a cup of hot apple cider to calm me down. Both these tricks are very effective. Give 'em a try.

The one about a relaxing smell sparked my interest. Maybe some incense would work, hmm.

I'm glad you didn't call this thread HACILD (Hot Apple Cider Induced Lucid Dream) by the way.
How I discover what my dreams are about

In my last lucid dream I made pink sparks between my palms. I was trying to make a white ball of energy...

WhiteUnit, I definately know that there are certain smells that create a physical reaction in me when I smell them (cut grass for example will lift my spirits).

Now I just have to remember one that calms me!

      Thanks for posting!

ps.. I really like your avatar!
