Does this sound real? (my 1st attempt)

Ok, well I've been reading up on all this LD info and really really wanted to try it out! Yet at the same time, I'm very fearful, I DO NOT EVER want to experience sleep paralysis, feel like I'm going to die, or see my worst fears (ESPECIALLY in sleep paralysis )

Well anyway, I sorta tried it last night. I was nervous at first, but then I calmed myself down, and started to really relax. I focused some of the colorful fuzzies at 1st, then moved suddenly to faint images of faces, then I really really focus on this one scenario that I pretty much go through every time in my day, cept weekends. Its easy to imagine cause I do it everyday (its riding on the bus from school to home) and I've done it like 200 times.

All of a sudden I could see the scene but it wasn't clear and had what seemed to be a clear white veil in front of it (I think, something dully white and transparent). At this time I'm also aware that something else was happening, my upper legs are getting numb. While all of this is happening, I am really focusing on the ringing in m ears that I hear when no other sounds ar present. I also remember knowing I was still in my bed during ALL of this.

I also feel this complete feeling in my chest and stomach that it like a light tickle, its very apparent and grows stronger.... tickle is the closes thing that describes it. My stomach also starts to feel very empty as if it were hollow type of feeling, not bad, it feels weird but nice.

I then started to get scared that I'd not be able to breathe soon, then I snapped my self outta it. My heart was pounding sooooo hard, I couldn't calm down, I was shaking also. I know for sure, 100% that I pulled myself out of it and know I could of kept on going.

I cant relax after this, Im just so thrilled that this happened I cant calm myself.

And one more important thing... after having this dream, I fell asleep about an hour later, and had a dream, but I don't remember actually experiencing it, but I feel that it happened, as most of my dreams are. I can recall the basic plot of it, it was pretty normal and nothing that I remember having control of.

Hi, sounds like U done it... Ur a WILD person.. at least U did not doze off which is key to WILDing. I could never reach past the coloured stuff and by the time I see the images I'm already unconcious and going with the flow...

Hehe, yay! Im so awsome Its sooo easy for me to do that I'm scared of trying it again. The whole weird fuzzie feeling just freaks me out. Also, the next 2 days after I had it my heartrate has been up so much... I think Im too amazed that it worked and can't shake that crazy feeling.

I dunno if I should try it again becaus for the past few days after it, I was so shocked and shaky, In the middle of the day, morning, and at night, my heart is beating really fast and I don't feel tired. This's because I can't shake off the feeling of the experience, I guess.

I NEVER tried anything like this before jsut to let you know, and the first time I try I succeed. Can 1st time WILDS like this one mess with ur heartrate at all, or thinking during the day?

Nah, just try to calm down. I was all excited too when I had my first LD. But U should try again as there is no proven fact that U can get a heart attack from LDing...it's completely safe.

Ok, thats good, I feel my heartbeat all day and it just gets worse when I thnk of about the experience. The only thing to do to make it go away is really fo us on something like schoolwork or video games. I had like around 90 or 100 beats per minute when i really think about it. I just don't want to be sooo awake after it happens that I cant go to bed. It just wakes me up sooooooo much, like for all day. I also got the completely awake shaky feeling after imagining the epxiences last night, like I felt that weird tingly feeling faintly. I just dont want anything bad to happen, I need sleep and don't want to do the Wild, wake up, then be up all nite. I know the thing makes me excited when it happens, but why is it exciting me sooooo much just thinking about it?

Mainly because U now know that U have access to infinite possibilities? U can try other methods to have LDs that are less stressfull...
