FILD doesn't work for me one bit. I always end up getting too tired to keep my fingers moving. However that's just me.

I fail FILD just as badly as WILD. So it doesn't work for me, but neither does WILD, so I wouldn't blame it on the F part of FILD.
      Wow that sounded confusing.

FILD work great for me I think. Had one on my first try, which was last night, gonna try it again tonight to see if I just got lucky or if it actually works for me.

I've succeeded 3 times and failed once where simply nothing happened. (I think I was too awake, does that even make sense?)

I'm still working on the method.. but for me I've found that I don't even need to move my fingers.. at least after a little while. Whats most important is feeling the pronounced side to side movement in your head. Ideally, I think you also want to connect this to your lower spine. I'll let you know if this starts to work regularly.

If you're not intending on waking up naturally, then yeah, it's better than the jarring sound of an alarm clock. For me anyway.

I got FILD to half work once, I was kinda half in the dream state. Or maybe I just couldn't recognize it as a dream. Might have been my fault.
