Thread: what does this mean

I just learned about lucid dreams yesterday so i did that thing were you think about it when you go to bed. then this morning i put a thing in a journal. But i had a dream i dont remember

Then i realized i was dreaming but rite when i did i became paralyzed and couldnt move or see really. Then i looked a watch 2 times and it was 2 random times. Then it ended


I had another dream i dont remember. I am bad at recalling dreams but ever part of that 2nd one i remember. Its weird what does that mean of how i was paralyzed?

You had sleep paralysis, don't worry its completely safe and the later part of wild. If you closed your eyes and didn't move you would have soon entered a dream.
