      Almost lucid, need some help.

Well, i finally saw some progress after 2 weeks of trying to become lucid. I was driving a car down the highway and I randomly just thought, "Wait a second, I'm not old enough to drive. I must be dreaming." And suddenly, i feel some sort of pressure on my chest and i wake up. What can i do to avoid this problem in the future.

P.S: I am using B-6 if that matters at all, i don't know. It works really well for me.
Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?

Not almost lucid. You were lucid. For a short time, but you still were
Usually these short-lucid problems occur because of excitation or something. I'm not sure what to tell you, sometimes dreams are like that.
Either way, you had a LD. Your next one should be better

Did the pressure wake you up or was it your reaction to the pressure (i.e., surprise, excitement, anxiety, etc.) that woke you up?

you were right, two days after i had a long lucid dream with pretty much full control. i flew around and did all fun things i could think of at the time. It was the coolest feeling ever and i hope to excel even more later on.

I think was the reaction to the pressure but i'm not certain.
