Hey there, |

I've heard that excersizing in the day induces delta brain waves at night, which I understand is the deepest level of sleep. I went running like 7 miles yesterday and I fell asleep in about 5 minutes last night. I had a lot of regular dreams from 12-5, then I woke up at 5 and stayed up till about 6 and went back to sleep hoping for some LDs during the morning nap but I ended up having a bunch more regular dreams. Do you think that excersizing makes it less likely to have LDs because you're in too deep a level of sleep to become conscious? If so that would be kind of a bummer because i like exercize and I love how easy it is to fall asleep after doing it! |

Unless you are really tired it won't make a difference. I go 7-10 miles almost every day and I lucid dream fine. |
